BINI RTU provides Professional Bachelor’s and Professional Master’s study programmes in the direction of Medical Engineering and Physics. After graduation, qualification of Engineer of physical technologies in medicine is awarded to the students. The graduates are offered the opportunity to continue their education by enrolling in Doctoral studies. Various international student exchange programmes (ERASMUS, DAAD, etc.) are available, including for the students enrolled in “Baltic Biomedical Engineering and Physics Courses“. During the studies, practical training of students is performed in real working environment at various companies in Latvia and abroad. A large number of students get employed at companies operating in the field of medical engineering and physics during their studies. All successful full time students have opportunity to qualify for a scholarship contest.

Leading lecturers of Riga Technical University and Rīga Stradiņš University are involved in the teaching process.
