WP2 Strategy Workshop – Poznan University of Technology, November 18, 2025
The Work Package 2 Strategy Workshop of the BIOMEDIX project took place on November 18, 2024, at Poznań University of Technology (Poland). Representatives from all consortium partners attended the meeting to plan the implementation of WP2: Development of the BIOMEDIX e-Book on Biomedical Innovations through Digital Transformation.
During the workshop, participants discussed the structure and content of the e-Book, including the planned 8 modules and 30 AR/VR applications, and defined responsibilities for each partner institution. A detailed implementation plan with milestones and timelines was agreed upon.
Participants also visited the VR laboratory at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, where demonstrations of virtual, mixed, and augmented reality tools were presented. A hands-on mini-workshop allowed participants to experiment with developing AR applications that will be integrated into the BIOMEDIX e-Book.
The workshop concluded with discussions on upcoming project activities, including the BIOMEDIX summer school and multiplier event.
