Training course “RADIATION SAFETY AND QUALITY IN MEDICINE”
The course is intended for professionals working with ionizing radiation in medicine. The program includes lectures, demonstrations and practical training (legislation, computer systems, interaction of radiation with biological objects, dosimetry, quality of X-ray equipment, and others).
The course is aimed to deliver knowledge in the field of radiation protection for medicine. The knowledge acquired will assist to be prepared for certification in the field of medical radiation safety.
The course is intended for health care practitioners (physicians, physician assistants (feldshers), nurses), technical staff (physicists employed in health care system, engineers, technicians, laboratory assistants).
The course duration is 32 (3 days) or 10 hours (1 day). Course participants receive the certificate.
