Abstract: developed optical scheme of refractometer with temperature stabilization ~ 0.01℃ allows to measure refractive index of the sample with accuracy not worse 0.000005; it is experimentally shown that at small concentration of nanoparticles in suspension the last can be characterized by some efficient refractivity. Developed device allows to measure concentration of SiO2 nanoparticles in water suspensions up to several mg/l.
